Refund & Cancellation Policy
Coach Dan Flack provides advisory services, not physical products, so there are no returns. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work.
College Swimming Recruiting Assessment ($295)
- Rescheduling. Free up to 24 hours before your assessment, using the link in your confirmation email.
- Cancelling. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund.
- Late cancellations and no-shows. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missing the session, is not refundable.
- After the assessment. Once it has taken place, the fee is non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
- Credit toward a package. If your family enrolls in Personalized Recruiting Advisory or Premier Full-Service Recruiting, your full $295 is credited toward the package price.
- If Coach Dan has to cancel, or something goes wrong on our end, we will reschedule at no cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Recruiting packages
Package fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are set out in the written enrollment agreement you receive before you pay. For a package, that agreement controls.
No guarantee of outcomes
Coach Dan provides guidance and advice. He cannot control the decisions of colleges, coaches, or admissions offices. Admission, roster spots, scholarships, and financial aid are never guaranteed, and a recruiting outcome is not grounds for a refund.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email dan@danflackswim.com from the address you used to book, with your name and assessment date. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post them.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can sort it out quickly.
